Upper Valley Preschool was born from the vision of childcare specialist Maria Dantos, as the first “anti-preschool”; a school that embraces the high paced energy of New York while keeping at heart community and education. We strive to create an always-evolving environment that creatively engages our children from the early age of 3 months up to 5 years.
Children are curious and so are we, which has become the premise of our preschool program. All children should be provided a nurturing, active, and challenging environment that encourages curiosity, active learning, strong values, problem solving, language development, and a positive self-image.
