Week long day camps. Daily martial arts class: Wing Chun Do Gung Fu self defense, weapons, intro to sports ju-jitsu. Daily discussions on nutrition and fitness: label reading, energy foods, new food pyramid. Field Trips: Bowling, swimming, park runs all within walking distance. Free Play: hockey, basketball, games.
