Force Majeure

ADEPTELLIGENCE LLC shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay, to access the Site irrespective of the cause.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Limited time to bring your claim

You and ADEPTELLIGENCE LLC agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the ADEPTELLIGENCE LLC's web sites, only, must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues otherwise, such cause of action will be permanently barred.
