In this 2 week long class, we will emphasize the great variety of Thai classical and folk dances. Taught by Warin Tepayayone, a professional Thai classical dancer with over 20 years of performance and experience. The class is designed with the student in mind for natural progression and growth.
Thai Traditional Dance is a combination of graceful movements, meaningful/elegant hand gestures, and rhythms that provide Fitness and Fun for everyone. Each dance movement is harmonized with musical rhythms.
Thai traditional dance is beneficial for all ages, genders, and shapes in facilitating muscle strength, balance, and attention span. This low impact exercise is especially helpful for Parkinson's disease in reducing stiffness and tremors.
