Our Camp Program is designed for our Future Chef's of New Orleans. Our classes will be offered to children from the ages of 6 to 13. We offer two week culinary sessions beginning on June 4 and ending on August10, 2007. Our future Chefs will help spice up our kitchen, they will learn food preparation, how to read a recipe, how to measure ingredients, and most importantly proper sanitation. Children will be encouraged to explore their own creativity, show us their style and personality and most of all, test their palates. Nutritional needs will be taught to help substitute that burger or hot dog. We will start with learning Breakfast, then lunch and then dinner entrees. If our future Chefs decides to stay more than two weeks, they will learn about FRONT of THE HOUSE service, First Aid, a Mixology Class, and lots more! No matter if you take 2 weeks or the entire 8 weeks you will get to eat whatever you cook!
