YMCA Camp Lakewood is a co-ed summer residential camp for children ages 6 -17, and is located outside of Potosi, Missouri, just 90 minutes south of St. Louis. Situated on 5,000 wooded acres, Camp Lakewood boasts a private 360-acre lake for those warm summer days, a Ranch for equestrian activities, Ranger program, CIT/LIT programs, Trailblazer program, an Arts & Crafts center for your child's creative side, counselors from all over the world to expose your child to diverse cultures, and memories made that will last a lifetime. Whether it's campfires, swimming, archery, climbing tower, zip line, animation, sports activities, canoeing, cookouts, fishing, kayaking or a multitude of other awesome activities, every child delights in waking up with a sense of excitement as to what new things each day at camp will bring.
